Gem Home Care will provide intervention services. Such services will be conducted by trustworthy and fully trained professionals. These services include but are not limited to:
Crisis Respite, In-Home or Out-of-Home
Our crisis respite provides primary care providers with someone whom they can entrust their elderlies or patients with, in the event of a crisis or emergency. Our care providers are skilled and available to provide necessary assistance in critical times and whenever it is needed.
Specialist Services
Our Specialist Services is for those patients and families needing the help of specialists who can handle higher and more distinctive needs of their patients. These specialists shall assess the condition, recommend a course of action, and monitor progress which is necessary to maintain or regain the physical wellness of a patient with a sensitive and delicate condition.
